►Brief introduction
QTF40-3C mobile brick plant is improved on the basis of old brick maker,small and hand-walking, large output, easy operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
♦ 1. Simultaneous vibration is achieved by two vibrators in up and low mould,so the blocks produced are of good quality, large density and high strength.
♦ 2. We use the best steel Q235B and CO2 welding to make the machine body unable to break.
♦ 3. Low cost and user-friendly: no need pallet and easy to operate,save labor cost.
♦ 4. After carbonization and heat treatment,the mould has longer service life.
