QTF4-24 semi automatic hollow brick machine,high adaptability and multi function,not only suitable for making concrete block,but also suitable for fly ash,slag and other materials,with different moulds,can produce various specifications of building bricks,hollow brick,solid brick and porous brick etc.
♦1. Improved from the old brick making machinery,QTF4-24 adopts new vibration techonoly and broke arch device to achieve seperately control of material feeding and forming vibration,making the most homogeneous material and forming optimization.
♦2. Table & mould vibration makes the concrete fully liquefied and exhaust in 2~3 seconds,which assures high density of the products,especially suitable for the production of high strength standard bricks, can save lots of invest on pallets.
♦3. The special double ended synthesis output vibration technology optimization of the vibrator makes the exciting force evenly distributed in the shaking table.
